The work you see here is phase one of several that will be spread out over the next few years. A lovely young family with great taste. Luckily for us, our clients are some of the best people we meet.

We created a sunken patio space that plays with the subtle elevation change in their back yard. It is not visible from the windows in the house. We tried to express things as graphically as we could since the work was so quiet in the context of the space. The paths and surface of the patio are compacted crushed Dresser trap gravel. The texture is very subtle.

We all love how it turned out and we can't wait to get back here next year as our attention will turn to the front.
