A new restaurant called KINGS will open in late July 2009 in South Minneapolis with a focus on organic, local ingredients, a great wine and beer list and a comfortable bike friendly vibe. The exterior will have the ROLU touch as we designed a beautiful garden, and along with our friend Paul Stankey, bike racks and seating/booths made from steel and recycled pop bottles (HDPE) acquired from our pals at Loll Designs.
